These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of cargoshipers.shop and any purchase you make from Cargoshipers. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.
3. Products and information
We try to show each product’s photos, sizes, colors, materials, and price accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. If we find an error in a product listing, we will correct it and contact you if it affects your order.
4. Product availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
5. Prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. If an order is placed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel it and refund you in full.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is unavailable, a price or listing is wrong, payment fails, information is incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We deliver within the United States as described in our Shipping Policy. Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days, transit takes 3–5 business days, and total delivery is usually 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

10. Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge until it enters processing or ships by emailing support@cargoshipers.shop. After that, please use the return process in our Return & Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, government actions, or technical failures. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce their impact.

20. Governing law
